1. What is Twenty Four 7 Servicecare?
It is an emergency call out service, to the home what “AA” is to the car, you have an engineer on hand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to attend to all your plumbing and heating emergencies, from a dripping tap to a blocked toilet, payable monthly by standing order for your convenience and peace of mind. It represents very good value for money.
2. But I already have cover with another company?
Cover is available through many different companies in our experience you may only be covered for your boiler, central heating and supplies immediately concerned with it, they may not attend at short notice when you need them most. Twenty Four 7 Servicecare covers all plumbing and heating within your home. We will attend any plumbing emergency and we aill never shut off your appliances if a remedial repair can be carried out. We offer a locally based service for local householders; we’ll never put you through a call centre and we offer very flexible call out times.
3. But surely I have cover with my building insurance?
Your insurance company may offer a nominated plumbing company to attend to you in an emergency, but you may have to pay for this and then claim it back, and the works carried out may not be covered by your policy, often building insurance only covers the damage done, i.e., water damage or fire damage and not the actual repair.
4. When can I use Twenty Four 7 Servicecare?
You should call us whenever you have a plumbing or heating problem, no matter how small. You can always speak to a fully trained receptionist who will talk you through the problem and advised you of what to do to alleviate the situation and an engineer will be with you within minutes of your call.
5. Am I covered for anything else that could go wrong with my home?
Servicecare offers two levels of cover – standard is for plumbing and heating only and premium which also covers you for minor general repairs.
