| SERVICECARE Servicecare is to the home, what the AA is to the car. The service was devised by Twenty Four 7 Services as a valuable tool for property management for independent landlords. Gas safety checks are one of their many responsibilities of the Landlord and m anaging agent, so we have a regime to do this for them annually. Servicecare is a natural extension of this, careful examination of the number of callouts made to individual properties over a number of years means that we are able to offer a level of service which covers the needs of most households, especially short hold tenancies.
